About Us: Evoxia is a DPIIT-recognized deep-tech startup incubated at PIEDS BITS Pilani, AIC ISB Mohali, Deshpande Startups and IKP Knowledge Park building India's first agricultural waste to high-purity silicon platform. We are developing a proprietary process to convert rice husk ash into solar-grade and eventually semiconductor-grade silicon - eliminating the mining, chlorosilane chemistry, and carbon-intensive processes that dominate conventional silicon production today. We have been featured in Forbes India's "Top 100 Startups to Watch Out For 2025" through the Leap to Unicorn program by IDFC FIRST Bank, CNBC-TV18, and Moneycontrol, and are supported by programs including PIEDS x SusMafia Accelerator, ArthX, and Maruti Suzuki's Quest for Clean Air. We are currently preparing our lab-to-pilot transition and building out our core R&D and technical team. We would make sure the right candidate becomes the face of our startup as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:
• Shape India’s most ambitious strategic raw materials movement, with direct impact on stubble burning, air quality, and Carbon reduction in Industrials.
• Identify and profile potential B2B clients in target sectors across India.
• Execute cold outreach strategies to secure introductory meetings for the founding team.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback on product specifications and pricing to inform R&D priorities.
• Support vendor management and supply chain logistics.
• Coordinating experimental documentation, tracking research milestones, liaising with collaborating institutions and technical advisors, and supporting patent disclosure preparation.
• Identifying vendors, evaluating specifications, and managing procurement of computational infrastructure required for process simulation and modeling work.
• Interfacing with investors, government grant bodies (BIRAC, DST, TDB, ISM 2.0), solar and semiconductor manufacturers, company secretaries, chartered accountants, and IP attorneys.
• Managing employee and advisor onboarding documentation, contracts, NDAs, and compliance requirements as the team scales.
• Executive support: preparing briefing materials, scheduling and managing high stakes meetings with investors and manufacturing partners, and representing Evoxia at external forums.
• Tracking the Indian and global silicon and semiconductor supply chain, PLI and ALMM policy developments, and competitive landscape.
• Managing vendor identification, quotation comparison, and purchase documentation for laboratory and technical equipment.
• MIS, reporting, maintaining internal trackers, grant milestone documentation, and board-level reporting.
Requirements:
• BBA, B.Com. (MBA is a plus)
• 0–2 years of experience is a plus, background in engineering, business administration, or a related field with demonstrable interest in deep-tech or R&D heavy operations.
• Prior exposure to startup environments, research institutions, or grant-funded projects strongly preferred. • Comfortable working directly with founders - low ego, high initiative, genuinely no hand-holding required.
• Strong written communication in English - you will be drafting investor communications, technical documentation summaries, and government correspondence.
• Familiarity with Office Suite and basic financial and procurement documentation.
• Must own and be willing to use a personal vehicle for stakeholder meetings, site visits, and errands - travel reimbursement provided.
• Excellent professional communication skills in English. Ability to grasp technical product applications.
• Must be a self-starter with a strong bias for fast execution.
