About the Role
As Chief of Staff, you’ll work closely with the Founders and Leadership Team to drive strategic initiatives, improve organisational excellence, and build new businesses from the ground up. The role spans business strategy, execution, AI-led initiatives, giving you the opportunity to work across the company and directly influence how the business grows.
You’ll take on high-impact problems that don’t sit neatly within one function — from improving how the organisation operates, to launching new business opportunities, leveraging AI to build new capabilities, and eventually owning the financial performance of a market or business vertical.

What You’ll Do
- Drive Organisational Excellence: Build systems, processes, and operating rhythms that improve how the organisation works. Identify bottlenecks, improve decision-making, and drive greater accountability and execution across teams.
- Lead High-Impact Business Projects: Work directly with the founders on strategic initiatives across growth, operations, new markets, partnerships, and business development. Take projects from problem definition and analysis through execution and measurable outcomes.
- Build AI-First Solutions: Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve existing processes, create new capabilities, and unlock new business opportunities. Work with product and technology teams to take AI initiatives from idea to implementation.
- Own New Business Opportunities: Evaluate new markets, products, and business models. Build the business case, test the opportunity, and work with cross-functional teams to take promising ideas from zero to one.
- Drive P&L Ownership: Take increasing ownership of the financial performance of a business, market, or vertical — including revenue, costs, margins, and growth. Work closely with the founders and finance team to identify levers that improve profitability and scale.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Work across product, technology, growth, operations, finance, and other functions to drive strategic priorities and ensure execution. You will often operate without direct authority and will need to bring people together to get things done.
- Be a Thought Partner to the Founders: Work closely with the CEO/founders on high-priority decisions, business reviews, board discussions, and investor conversations. Bring structured thinking, strong judgment, and a clear point of view to ambiguous problems.
