Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for Channel Partner Landscape Designers and Landscape Architect Designers across PAN India. The role involves collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors to design and implement residential, commercial, and balcony landscapes that align with Wavebloom’s design standards and brand identity. Day-to-day tasks include developing landscape concepts, preparing detailed drawings and planting plans, selecting appropriate materials and plant species, and integrating FRP planters and other hardscape elements into cohesive designs. The role also includes site visits for surveys, supervision of installation, quality checks, and coordination with local vendors and project teams to ensure timely and accurate execution. Channel partners will help expand Wavebloom’s presence across regions by maintaining strong professional relationships, providing design consultations, and supporting business development activities related to landscape and balcony solutions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Landscape Design and Landscaping for a variety of residential, commercial, and balcony projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Architecture, including concept development, spatial planning, and integration with built environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Planting Plans, including plant selection, micro-climate assessment, and sustainable planting schemes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Hardscape design, including layout of pathways, seating, planters, and structural landscape elements.
- Degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), with basic knowledge of 3D visualization considered an advantage.
- Strong site coordination, project management, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects across regions.
- Understanding of sustainable design practices, irrigation planning, and local plant species; prior experience with balcony or rooftop landscapes is a plus.
