We are looking for a Chef de Partie (CDP) with 3–5 years of relevant experience in the QSR, café, or casual dining industry.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 3–5 years of hands-on kitchen experience, preferably in a reputed QSR or café brand.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent upselling and customer engagement skills.
- High integrity, honesty, and a strong sense of accountability.
- Sound knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, food safety, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure the store is maintained in excellent condition.
- Thorough understanding of and commitment to following the brand's SOPs, recipes, and operational standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and supervise junior team members.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining consistency in quality and service.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong inventory management skills, including stock control, minimizing wastage, and maintaining food cost targets.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety (HACCP/FSSAI standards).
- Ability to ensure product quality, presentation, and portion control at all times.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a team-oriented approach.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve while contributing to the overall success of the brand.
