💼 Experience: 6 Months – 1+ Year
🎓 Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Catering or Hotel Management
🍛 Cuisine: Strong knowledge of South Indian cooking
➕ Added Advantage: Knowledge of North Indian cuisine
🏠 Accommodation: Provided
🍽️ Food: Provided
📌 Stay: Candidate must be willing to stay at the Ranch
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quality South Indian dishes
• Handle daily kitchen operations
• Maintain food quality, hygiene & cleanliness
• Manage ingredients and minimize wastage
