Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chartered Accountant based at Omega Hospitals in Khairatabad. The Chartered Accountant will manage day-to-day financial accounting, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations. The role involves preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and healthcare regulations. The individual will analyze financial data to provide insights for cost optimization, revenue tracking, and strategic decision-making. Collaboration with hospital administration, finance team members, and external auditors to streamline financial processes and uphold strong internal controls is a core part of this position.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid certification and registration.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory compliance relevant to healthcare or service sectors.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and management accounting within hospitals or large organizations is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, along with advanced skills in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor internal controls, risk management practices, and audit preparedness.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and senior leadership.
- Ability to work on-site in Khairatabad, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Prior experience in hospital finance, healthcare billing, or cost accounting will be an added advantage.
