Experience: 12–15+ years, preferably in the Real Estate Industry
CTC: Up to ₹24 Lakhs per annum
Role Description
- Professional accounting expertise: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and taxation regulations.
- Financial reporting and compliance: Experience in preparing financial statements, managing audits, and handling GST, TDS, income tax, and ROC‑related compliances.
- Planning and analysis: Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, project costing, and cash‑flow planning, preferably within the real estate or infrastructure sector.
- Systems and tools: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems), MS Excel, and other financial analysis tools.
- Professional competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience and background: Prior experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is an advantage; familiarity with RERA and sector‑specific regulations is beneficial.
- Communication and collaboration: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non‑finance stakeholders.
