Role Description This full-time Chartered Accountant role is based on-site in Gandhidham. The Chartered Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting operations, including preparation and review of financial statements, maintenance of general ledgers, and reconciliation of accounts. Responsibilities include managing taxation and statutory compliances, overseeing audits, monitoring cash flow, and supporting budgeting and financial planning activities. The role also involves advising management on financial risks and opportunities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and preparing accurate, timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. The Chartered Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support continuous process improvement in financial and accounting practices.
Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid membership from a recognized professional body.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and Indian taxation laws.
- Experience handling audits, statutory compliances, and preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, along with advanced skills in MS Excel and other office tools.
- Ability to analyze financial data, prepare forecasts and budgets, and provide clear financial insights to management.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated integrity, professional ethics, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or related industries is an advantage.
