What You Will Do

- Equip partners to sell our applications, develop their pipelines and convert initial opportunities into sustained business.
- Support partner-led customer meetings, demonstrations and commercial discussions, backed by our product and technical teams.
- Own partner activation and revenue targets, maintain reliable sales forecasts and bring market insights into our channel strategy.
What You Bring
- 8+ years in B2B software sales, with substantial channel experience in ERP, accounting software or related business applications.
- A proven record of personally building partner networks and delivering measurable revenue through them.
- A strong understanding of partner economics and relationships; an established Delhi NCR network is a distinct advantage.
- Sound commercial judgement, negotiation skills and disciplined follow-through.
- The ability to operate independently, with regular travel across Delhi NCR.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
