Responsibilities
Job Overview:
CRD Retail Report team is primarily responsible for supporting on preparing various types of report depends upon the customer requirements.
- Support in preparing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly report with help of excel tools.
- Review / Validate/Entry of missing or correction of entries.
- Prioritize the reports based on the submission as per the customer requirements.
- Preparing Analysis / Dashboard using system driven data for presentations.
- Identifying issues while preparing the reports and give areas of improvements.
- Should identify business priorities and complete with in the deadline.
- Work closely with department personnel to ensure that issues are resolved within the timeline.
- Should be Flexible with USA business calendar.
- Ready to support in Realtime to complete business deliverables.
Qualifications
Functional & Technical Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years in Operations experience.
- Proficient in Windows based applications (Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Outlook) VBA Macros & Power Bi will be added as advantage.
- Strong word processing typing skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Logical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
