Are you an experienced healthcare leader ready to take ownership of *central operations, business performance, team leadership, and growth?*
There is an opening for a strategic and execution-focused *Central Head – Healthcare* to join our growing organization.
🎯 *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Lead and drive central healthcare operations across functions/locations.
- Own operational performance, productivity, revenue, and business targets.
- Develop and implement SOPs, processes, and performance dashboards.
- Drive patient experience, service quality, and operational excellence.
- Identify operational gaps and implement measurable improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, clinical teams, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior management.
👤 *WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR*
*Experience: 5–10+ Years in Healthcare / Hospital / Healthcare Operations*
*Ideal candidate should have:*
- Strong healthcare operations and people-management experience
- Proven track record of managing teams and business targets
- Strong understanding of healthcare processes and patient-centric operations
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
