📢 We’re Hiring | Center Manager
Scientech is looking for a dynamic and responsible Center Manager to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our locations: Govandi, Amravati, Nagpur
Job Title: Centre Manager – Industrial Robotics CoE
Locations: Maharastra (Govandi, Amravati, Nagpur)
Experience: 2-5 Years
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of all three Robotics Centres.
2. Monitor instructors, lab in-charges, trainee performance, training quality, and centre activities.
3. Ensure proper functioning, maintenance, safety, and utilisation of robotics labs and equipment.
4. Coordinate with DVET and act as the SPOC for project-related communication, reporting, and reviews.
5. Manage admissions, student outreach, workshops, ToT programs, industry visits, and placement activities.
6. Build relationships with colleges, ITIs, schools, industries, robotics OEMs, and automation companies.
7. Identify and develop new CSR opportunities and corporate partnerships for setting up Centres of Excellence and skill-development projects.
8. Identify new business opportunities related to robotics, automation, training, skill development, and learning solutions.
9. Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and business development plans in coordination with Head Office.
10. Support revenue generation through training programs, projects, partnerships, and other business initiatives.
11. Coordinate with Head Office for invoicing, payment follow-ups, documentation, audits, and compliance.
12. Prepare MIS and periodic reports covering centre performance, CSR, business development, and project progress.
13. Travel across all three centres and other locations as required for operations, client meetings, CSR discussions, and business development.
14. Take overall responsibility for centre performance, CSR development, new business acquisition, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
