Role Description The CCTV Surveillance Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for monitoring and managing the facility’s security systems. Day-to-day tasks include observing live CCTV footage, reviewing recorded video for incidents, and promptly reporting suspicious activities or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel. The role involves ensuring all cameras and recording equipment are functioning correctly, coordinating with maintenance or technical support when issues arise, and maintaining logs and incident reports. The CCTV Surveillance Executive also helps implement and follow security protocols, supports compliance with local regulations, and collaborates with operations and management to promote a secure environment within the cannabis production facility.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in CCTV monitoring, surveillance operations, or security control room management.
- Ability to identify and respond to security risks, unusual behavior, and safety incidents in real time.
- Basic technical knowledge of CCTV systems, networking, and troubleshooting for cameras and recording devices.
- Strong attention to detail, observational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
- Effective communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and collaborating with security, operations, and management teams.
- Understanding of safety and compliance requirements, preferably in regulated industries such as cannabis, manufacturing, or pharmaceuticals.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad, including shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed for continuous surveillance coverage.
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or facility monitoring is an advantage; a high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
