What You'll Do
• Own your category end-to-end—from sourcing and vendor management to inventory, pricing, and website listings.
• Drive category growth through data-driven decisions and strong commercial execution.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, and Supply teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and successful campaigns.
• Analyze performance, identify opportunities, and continuously improve customer experience.
We're Looking For
✔️ 3–5 years of experience in Category Management, Buying, Merchandising, or E-commerce.
✔️ Strong analytical and negotiation skills with hands-on experience in Excel/Google Sheets.
✔️ A proactive, ownership-first mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
✔️ Experience in plants, gardening, home & garden, décor, FMCG, or related categories is a plus.
