Are you an experienced healthcare sales professional who can lead teams, drive patient conversions, and take ownership of business growth?
EasyHealths is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Category Manager โ Inside Sales to lead our patient acquisition, OPD/IPD conversion, and Surgery Care operations.
This is a leadership and business ownership role, not just telecalling management.
๐ฏ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
โ
Own the end-to-end patient journey, from initial enquiry to successful booking, consultation, admission, and follow-up.
โ
Drive OPD, IPD, and Surgery Care conversions while improving lead response time and turnaround time (TAT).
โ
Lead, train, motivate, and manage inside sales and telecalling teams to achieve business targets.
โ
Develop effective calling strategies, follow-up processes, SOPs, and objection-handling techniques.
โ
Manage CRM, sales funnels, pipeline tracking, conversion forecasting, and performance reporting.
โ
Analyse lead quality, conversion rates, lost opportunities, team productivity, and revenue performance.
โ
Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to improve lead sourcing, campaign effectiveness, and patient acquisition.
โ
Coordinate with hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and doctors to ensure smooth patient journeys and resolve escalations.
๐ WHO SHOULD APPLY?
โ๏ธ Healthcare inside sales experience is MANDATORY.
โ๏ธ Proven experience managing telecalling or inside sales teams.
โ๏ธ Strong understanding of OPD/IPD conversion, hospital sales, and patient acquisition.
โ๏ธ Experience in Surgery Care, hospital admissions, or specialty healthcare sales is a strong advantage.
โ๏ธ Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, sales MIS, and funnel analysis.
โ๏ธ Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
โ๏ธ Ability to manage targets, present reports to senior management, and deliver measurable business results.
