About the Role:
As a Casting Executive at Wint Wealth, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our
content production team and play a vital role in creating engaging and informative videos for
our YouTube channel. This role offers hands-on experience in the world of content creation
and casting, allowing you to develop valuable skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Guest Sourcing: Assist in identifying potential experts and guest speakers for our
YouTube videos, with a focus on the current topics under work.
2. Coordination: Coordinate and schedule pre-interview sessions for potential cast
3. Casting Support: Provide support during casting sessions, including managing
schedules, and ensuring a smooth process.
4. Cast Management: Assist in onboarding and managing the cast and ensuring they are
well informed about their requirements for the video.
5. Research: Research industry trends and competitors to stay updated on casting and
content trends in the fintech and financial education sector.
6. Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties related to casting and content
production, including documentation and communication.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with the content production team to ensure a seamless
casting process that aligns with our content strategy.
Requirements:
1. Looking for recent Graduates who are interested in learning more about content creation
on YouTube
2. Strong communication and organisational skills. Should be an extrovert.
3. Must be social media savvy and on top of all the current conversations & and trends
revolving around personal finance spaces across media channels.
4. Passion for the fintech industry and a keen interest in personal finance topics.
5. Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
6. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
7. Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team player mentality.
