Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cashless Incharge and Administrator located in Kolhapur. The role involves managing cashless insurance processes, including coordinating with insurance companies, third-party administrators, and patients to ensure smooth approval and settlement of claims. The individual will handle documentation, maintain accurate records, verify patient eligibility, and oversee pre-authorization and billing workflows related to cashless services. Daily responsibilities also include monitoring administrative operations, supporting front-desk activities, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines. The role requires close collaboration with medical, billing, and accounts teams to maintain efficiency and a positive experience for patients.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and coordination skills, including record-keeping, documentation management, and workflow organization.
- Knowledge of health insurance processes, cashless claim procedures, and interaction with TPAs and insurers.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, hospital information systems, and data entry with attention to accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, medical staff, and external partners in a professional manner.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Prior experience in hospital administration, medical billing, or insurance coordination is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, time management skills, and capacity to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
