What We’re Looking For:
Education: ITI (Carpentry/Woodwork), Diploma, or Graduate.
Experience: 5+ years in carpentry, quality assurance, or team supervision.
Technical Skills: Modern carpentry, modular assembly, hardware fittings, and power tools.
Digital Literacy: Practical working knowledge of MS Excel & Email communications.
Leadership & Execution: Excellent batch management, strong Hindi/local communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
