About IPCS Global
IPCS Global is one of India's leading technical training and skill development organizations with over 50+ training centers across India. We specialize in Industrial Automation, Embedded Systems, AI, IT, Networking, Cyber Security, BMS, CCTV, and other emerging technologies.
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Career Relationship Executive (CRE) Interns who are passionate about communication, sales, and helping students build successful careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students about IPCS Global courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and follow up on leads.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
- Conduct regular follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Visit colleges, educational institutions, and events to promote IPCS Global programs.
- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions.
- Maintain enquiry records and update CRM/Excel databases.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to achieve monthly admission targets.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed any Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Mandatory Languages
- Kannada (Mandatory)
- English (Mandatory)
- Hindi (Mandatory)
Additional languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or others will be considered an added advantage.

Compensation
This is an Unpaid Internship.
Interns will receive attractive performance-based commissions based on successful student admissions and business performance.
