🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understand candidates’ educational background, career goals, and aspirations
• Provide personalized career guidance and counselling
• Explain suitable career pathways, courses, and overseas opportunities
• Handle counselling sessions through phone, online, and face-to-face interactions
• Follow up with prospective candidates and maintain regular communication
• Convert enquiries/leads into successful admissions or applications
• Maintain accurate candidate records and counselling reports
• Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Admission teams
• Achieve assigned counselling and conversion targets
• Build strong and professional relationships with candidates
