Key Responsibilities
- Guide healthcare professionals through career decisions
- Handle inbound & outbound leads (Calls, WhatsApp, Email)
- Build trust → convert through value (not pressure)
- Maintain CRM & structured follow-ups
- Achieve enrolment goals ethically
- Collaborate with marketing & academic teams

- 0–5 years experience (EdTech / Sales / Counselling)
