Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Shift: US Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and motivated Career Advisor to guide candidates through their job search and career development journey. The role involves candidate counseling, resume/profile guidance, job applications, interview coordination, follow-ups, and maintaining strong candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand candidates' skills, experience, education, and career goals.
- Provide suitable career guidance and recommend relevant job opportunities.
- Review and improve resumes and candidate profiles according to job requirements.
- Search and apply for suitable opportunities through US job portals.
- Coordinate with recruiters regarding candidate profiles and job requirements.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide interview guidance.
- Follow up with candidates regarding applications, interviews, feedback, and next steps.
- Maintain candidate records and trackers using MS Excel, Google Sheets, ATS, or CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
- Track candidates from application through interview and placement.
- Handle candidate queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Meet daily and monthly application, interview, and placement targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Career Advisory, Recruitment, Placement Services, Customer Service, Inside Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and counseling skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and job-search processes.
- Strong follow-up and candidate-management abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with US Staffing or US job portals will be an added advantage.
Preferred Background
- Candidates with experience as a Career Advisor, Career Consultant, Placement Consultant, Recruitment Executive, Candidate Success Executive, Customer Relationship Executive, or Inside Sales Executive are encouraged to apply.
