Captain
1) Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the assigned F&B outlet.
2)Lead the service team and allocate duties effectively.
3)Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest queries or complaints professionally.
4) Maintain high standards of food, beverage, hygiene, and service quality.
5) Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
6) Train and guide Stewards and other junior team members.
7) Monitor table setup, order taking, billing, and service procedures.
8) Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
9)Assist the Outlet Manager in achieving operational and guest satisfaction targets.
10)Maintain a professional and welcoming environment throughout the outlet.
