🚨 We're Hiring | Assistant Manager – Capital Markets & Treasury
📍 Location: Mumbai
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Capital Markets & Treasury to join a leading Renewable Energy Developer.
Who we're looking for:
✅ CA/MBA with 3–6 years of post-qualification experience
✅ Developer-side experience only (No Investment Banking, Banks, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions)
✅ Experience in at least 2 Project Finance transactions
✅ Strong Financial Modelling skills
✅ Hands-on knowledge of project finance documentation, debt management, and fundraising
✅ Renewable Energy experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Fundraising & debt management
• Project finance modelling & documentation
• Banking & lender coordination
• Working capital management
• Financial covenant monitoring
• FDI, ECB, FEMA & SEBI compliance
• Support M&A initiatives
