Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely information on student visa requirements, processes, and documentation for Canada.
- Prepare and review visa applications to ensure completeness and compliance with student visa rules and regulations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of changing student visa policies and updates from embassies and government agencies.
- Guide students in organizing required documents including financials, SOPs, academic records, and language test results.
- Communicate regularly with students to provide updates on application progress and next steps.
- Collaborate with admission processors to ensure compliance with admission requirements and timely offer letter updates.
- Maintain accurate student records, case notes, and follow-up details in student management systems.
- Manage end-to-end application processing, documentation, and regular follow-ups with students and institutions.
- Organize, coordinate, and conduct student seminars and webinars to provide guidance and increase awareness.
- Handle promotional calls and execute promotional campaigns through emails and broadcast.
Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly B2B acquisition and student conversion targets as per the company’s goals.
- Track performance metrics and ensure partner satisfaction and engagement.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the overseas education industry or an education consultancy environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal, with strong proficiency in English.
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple student case.
