Job details:
Location: Your University / Remote
Type: Volunteer Leadership Opportunity | Unpaid
Organization: Piazza Consulting Group
Initiative: PCG Labs — Stealth Student Innovation Initiative
Piazza Consulting Group is building PCG Labs, an ambitious new student-led innovation and builder network designed to connect talented students across universities to collaborate on technology, AI, startups, and real-world problem solving.
We are looking for a small group of Campus Ambassadors and University Chapter Founding Members to help establish the first PCG Labs chapters across universities.
This is not a traditional internship.
You will have an opportunity to help build the community from the ground up, represent PCG Labs at your university, identify exceptional builders and founders, create events and initiatives, and connect students from your campus with students building projects at other universities.
What You’ll Do
- Become one of the founding representatives of PCG Labs at your university
- Help establish and grow your university’s PCG Labs chapter
- Identify ambitious students interested in AI, engineering, product, startups, and research
- Build a founding student leadership team on campus
- Organize builder meetups, hackathons, project showcases, founder sessions, and recruiting events
- Help students discover and join cross-university PCG Labs projects
- Connect promising student ideas and founders with PCG mentors
- Work directly with the PCG Labs team on the evolution of the platform and community
- Represent your university within the broader PCG Labs network
Who We’re Looking For
You may be a fit if you are:
- A current university student
- Someone who naturally brings people together
- Interested in AI, technology, startups, entrepreneurship, product, or innovation
- Active in student organizations, hackathons, technical clubs, entrepreneurship communities, or research
- Comfortable reaching out to students and university leadership
- Excited about building something before everyone else knows about it
You do not need to be the best programmer on campus.
We are looking for people with initiative, leadership, curiosity, and the ability to make things happen.
Why Join as a Founding Member?
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Become part of the founding generation of PCG Labs
- Build and lead a recognized technology community at your university
- Work directly with professionals and mentors from Piazza Consulting Group
- Collaborate with students from universities beyond your own campus
- Gain early access to ambitious AI and technology projects
- Develop leadership, product, startup, and community-building experience
- Build relationships with founders, engineers, companies, and future PCG Labs partners
- Help shape how PCG Labs operates as we expand across universities
Most importantly, you won’t simply be joining an existing student club.
You’ll be helping build the network itself.
About PCG Labs
PCG Labs is being designed as a student-led global builder and incubation network where students from different universities can discover each other, form teams, create projects, work on ambitious technology, receive mentorship, and turn promising ideas into real-world opportunities.
A student at one university should be able to start an idea today and find the right engineer, designer, researcher, or founder at another university tomorrow.
Our long-term ambition is simple:
Build one of the largest student builder and innovation networks in the world.
Important
This is currently a volunteer, unpaid student leadership position and is not an employment or paid internship opportunity.
Selected founding members will receive additional information about PCG Labs, chapter formation, participation expectations, confidentiality, and the broader initiative.
