About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Caller with strong communication skills to join our team at ISSC.
The role involves outbound calling, follow-ups, coordination, maintaining call records, and communicating professionally with candidates, leads, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and conduct timely follow-ups.
- Communicate relevant information clearly and professionally.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and further discussions.
- Maintain accurate call logs and database records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support daily operations.
- Work towards assigned daily and weekly calling targets.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience during every interaction.
Skills & Requirements
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confidence and professionalism while handling calls.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
