Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Support Representative role based in Patna. The Call Center Support Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate information about products and services. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, documenting interactions in the system, and escalating complex cases when necessary. The role involves maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, following call center protocols, and meeting performance targets such as response time and call quality. The representative will collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent, professional customer support.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Interpersonal Skills.
- Candidates should possess basic Computer Literacy and the ability to learn new software tools.
- Clear spoken and written communication in English and local languages.
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced call center environment and manage multiple calls efficiently.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing or call center role is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or communications is a plus.
- Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
