KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Verify insurance claim information accurately as per company guidelines.
- Verify KYC documents submitted by customers for completeness and authenticity.
- Collect and validate hospitalization-related information from hospitals, claimants, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in the company's system.
- Prepare and submit investigation/verification reports to clients within the prescribed TAT.
- Ensure excellent customer service, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
