🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective patients.
- Understand patient requirements and provide appropriate information regarding IVF/fertility treatments.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into appointments/consultations.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing patients.
- Coordinate appointments with doctors and clinic teams.
- Maintain accurate lead and patient records in CRM.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, appointment and conversion targets.
- Ensure a positive and professional patient experience throughout the journey.
- Coordinate with the centre team for smooth patient handling.
🌟 What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi ( other languages like Bangla, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu - preferrable)
- Confident and persuasive communication style.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Comfortable handling calls and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in healthcare, IVF, fertility, telecalling, CRM, sales or counselling will be an added advantage.
