Job details:
We are looking for 5 to 12 years of experience in Automotive or Aircraft Seating system CAE CrashSimulation Engineer, to work for Germany location.
Key Responsibilities
Perform crash and impact simulations for automotive or aerospace seating systems.
Develop and execute CAE simulation models for seat structures and components.
Conduct pre-processing, solver setup, simulation execution and post-processing.
Analyze crash simulation results and propose feasible solution for Crash regulationrequirements.
Correlate simulation results with physical test data where applicable.
Prepare technical reports and communicate simulation findings to design and engineeringteams.
Support design optimization and provide engineering recommendations based on CAEresults.
Required Technical Skills & Experience Required
Strong hands-on experience with LS-DYNA, ANSA, METAPOST
Good understanding of Seating system crashworthiness, impact analysis and structuralbehaviour.
5 to 12 years of experience in Automotive Seats, or Aerospace/Aircraft Seats CrashSimulation.
