Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CA CS role based in the Pune Division. The role involves overseeing statutory compliance, financial reporting, and corporate governance for the group, ensuring adherence to relevant accounting standards and corporate laws. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing accounts finalization, preparing and reviewing financial statements, handling tax planning and filings, and ensuring timely regulatory submissions. The position also includes drafting and maintaining corporate records, supporting board and committee meetings, advising on company law matters, and coordinating with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities. The CA CS professional will work closely with management to support strategic decisions, optimize financial processes, and maintain strong compliance and control frameworks.
Qualifications
- Professional qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS) with valid memberships and strong knowledge of accounting standards, corporate laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Financial and accounting skills: Proven experience in accounts finalization, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation (direct and indirect), and internal controls.
- Corporate governance and compliance skills: Expertise in company law, secretarial practices, board and committee support, regulatory filings, and documentation management.
- Analytical and technical skills: Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software, and ability to interpret and apply financial and legal regulations.
- Communication and stakeholder management: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and experience coordinating with auditors, legal advisors, and government bodies.
- Experience: Prior experience in facility management, infrastructure, real estate, or services sector is an advantage; experience in multi-entity group structures will be beneficial.
- Professional attributes: Detail-oriented, ethical, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic on-site environment.
