🔎 Looking for a CA / CA Firm - Long-Term Compliance Partner
We are an early-stage fintech startup looking for a CA / CA Firm to work with us on an ongoing basis.
We are looking for a firm that can help us with:
- Regulatory and compliance planning
- Company and financial documentation
- Preparation and review of required applications
- Coordination with relevant regulatory / industry authorities
- Preparation of policies, declarations and supporting documents
- Compliance documentation and record keeping
- Coordination with external legal / regulatory professionals where required
- Partner onboarding documentation and compliance requirements
- Ongoing regulatory and compliance support as the company grows
We are not looking for a CA only for routine accounting, GST or ITR work.
We want a firm that can understand our business, guide us on the required compliance structure, and handle the relevant documentation and coordination end-to-end.
What we're looking for
Ideally, you have experience working with:
• Fintech / technology startups
• Financial services businesses
• Regulatory compliance
• Financial-services partnerships
• Startup documentation and structuring
• Ongoing compliance management
We are an early-stage company, so budget efficiency is important.
We are looking for a long-term professional relationship, preferably with a firm that can work with us consistently as our requirements evolve.
