Role Description The Business Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for supporting clients with financial and business planning activities. This role involves analyzing client financials and business models, preparing business plans, and contributing to debt financing proposals and strategies. The Business Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, develop recommendations, and present insights and reports to stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing customer service and follow-up, and maintaining clear and professional communication across email, calls, and meetings. The individual will help ensure that client engagements are executed efficiently, aligned with goCRED’s advisory standards, and focused on measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and assess business performance.
- Experience in business planning and general business operations, with exposure to SMEs or corporate environments.
- Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional stakeholder interaction.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to build relationships and respond to client needs in a timely manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with debt financing, corporate finance, or financial consulting is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in common office and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort working with data.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
