Role Description
The Business Operations Manager is a remote full-time role based in India. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across the housing portfolio & Cars rental business. This role coordinates cross-functional processes, monitors performance metrics, and ensures that property operations, resident services, and support functions run efficiently and in alignment with business goals. The position involves developing and implementing operating procedures, managing budgets and cost controls, and collaborating with finance and program teams to support strategic initiatives. The Business Operations Manager will analyze operational data, identify areas for improvement, lead process optimization projects, and support leadership with reporting, planning, and compliance-related activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong spoken and written communication skill in English and preferably two or more Indian languages.
- Candidates should possess strong Business Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee processes, workflows, and daily activities.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Program Management skills to coordinate initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure successful implementation.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to work with budgets, cost analysis, and operational financial reporting.
- Relevant experience in property management, real estate, or service operations is beneficial.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities are expected.
- Proficiency with productivity tools, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards is advantageous.
- MBA degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
