🚀 VED is Hiring – Business & Operations Assistant
VED (Virtual Engineering & Dynamics LLP) is looking for a motivated and organized Business & Operations Assistant to work closely with the founder and support the day-to-day growth and operations of our engineering consultancy.

🎓 Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- BBA / B.Com / BA / B.Sc / B.E. / B.Tech preferred
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential academic and industrial clients
- Prepare and maintain lead/prospect databases
- Assist with cold emails and follow-up communications
- Support LinkedIn outreach and content activities
- Assist in managing VED's LinkedIn newsletter
- Maintain project and client trackers
- Assist with quotations, proposals and documentation
- Organize project files and records
- Track client communications, follow-ups and payments
- Prepare weekly business/operations reports
- Support the founder in implementing business development plans
🧠 Skills Required
- Strong written and spoken English
- Good MS Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Good knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
- Internet research skills
- Professional email writing
- LinkedIn familiarity
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to learn independently and take initiative
- Attention to detail
- Basic understanding of engineering/FEA terminology is an advantage, but not mandatory
⭐ Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is organized, curious, proactive and willing to learn.
You don't need to be an FEA expert.
What matters more is your ability to:
Research → Organize → Communicate → Follow up → Execute
If you are someone who can take a task and work toward completing it without needing constant supervision, you may be a good fit for this role.
💰 Salary
₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
Performance-based growth opportunities will be available.
