Business Manager - Interior Design(B2B)
About Carcass & Shutter
Carcass & Shutter is a B2B white-label execution partner for architects, interior designers, and builders. We handle manufacturing and on-site execution so design firms can deliver projects on time, to spec, and under their own brand. We're building the most dependable execution partner in the industry and need someone to drive that growth.
The Role
You will own sales and business development for Carcass & Shutter. You'll build a pipeline of interior design firms, architects, and builders, and turn those relationships into converted projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through online channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, outreach campaigns, industry platforms) and offline channels (site visits, networking events, trade shows, referrals)
- Identify and connect with interior design firms, architects, and builders in your target segment
- Run the full sales cycle: first outreach, requirement discovery, quotation, negotiation, and project closure
- Convert prospects into signed projects and build repeat business with partner firms
- Maintain an organised pipeline and report weekly on leads, conversions, and revenue
- Work with our design and factory teams to ensure what is sold can be executed
- Track the market, competitors, and new opportunities in the interior execution space
Who You Are
- 3-5 years in business development or sales
- Prior interior design experience moving into a BD and sales role is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable with senior decision-makers like principal designers, architects, and builders
- Enterprising, organised, and ambitious, with a hustler's drive to open doors and close deals
- Working knowledge of interior projects, materials, and costing is a plus
- Fluent in English and Tamil (Hindi a plus).
