Job details:
- Location - Surat, Gujarat
- Working Mode - Full-time, On-site
- Reports to Founders (Sneh Desai & Shivangi Desai)
- Experience 6 -10 years, with at least 3–4 years driving growth for a D2C or e-commerce brand
About The Company
The Seventh is hiring a Head of D2C & E-commerce to own our digital business end to end — Shopify and the website, tech, data and analytics, design, performance marketing and marketplaces. You'll lead the team and agencies, find what will grow the business next, and make it happen.
About The Role
The Seventh has a brand people trust, a large community, a trained coach network and a growing product range. What it needs now is an operating leader who can turn all of that into a fast, well-measured digital business. You will own the numbers, the store, the stack and the teams - and be the founders' right hand in deciding what to build, fix and scale next. We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner and is ready to grow into running the business.
Desired Profile
- Hands-on Shopify experience — you can work inside the admin, not just brief someone else
- Has managed performance marketing budgets and agencies with clear accountability
- Data-fluent: comfortable with GA4, Excel/Sheets, dashboards and unit economics
- Has led cross-functional teams — tech, design, marketing — and delivered on deadlines
- An owner's mindset: thinks in profit, not just revenue, and is ready for business-head responsibility
Good to have
- Experience in health, nutrition, beauty or personal-care D2C
- Marketplace and quick-commerce growth experience
- Subscription or repeat-purchase business models
- Basic SQL or a stronger analytics toolkit
- Has worked in a 0-to-1 or early-stage scale-up
This role is not for
- A pure strategist who has never been hands-on with a store, an ad account or a dashboard
- Someone focused only on brand and creative without accountability for numbers
