Job details:
Company Description Sarin Skin is a dermatology-focused skincare and personal care e-commerce business, founded and led by Dr Ankur Sarin and Dr Jushya Bhatia Sarin, among India's leading dermatologists. The business operates across its own D2C website (Shopify) and marketplaces including Amazon, currently processing ~10,000 orders and a catalogue of 2,000+ SKUs, with a team of ~25. The founders are ready to invest meaningfully in performance marketing (Meta and Google Ads) to scale further.
The Business Head / COO will hold full P&L and operational ownership of the company, reporting directly to the founders with no board or intermediate layer. This is a general-management, business-building mandate covering e-commerce operations, fulfilment and logistics, inventory and supply chain, customer experience, finance operations, digital marketing, and organization-building with accountability for revenue, margin, and profitability, not only for operational execution.

•Full P&L accountability for the business, across all channels.
