Business Head - Lyor Homes (P&L) | Delhi
Lyor is building the future of luxury managed living. We lease homes from landlords, furnish them with furniture we design and manufacture in-house, and rent them at Rs 2.5-10 lakh a month to expats, delegates, senior executives and companies housing their CXOs. We're scaling from ~50 to 500 properties over the next 18-24 months - and we're hiring the person who will own that P&L.
What you'll own:
- Rental and service revenue
- Furniture-rental revenue attached to homes
- Occupancy and vacancy loss
- Realised rent vs projected rent
- Landlord rent and maintenance
- Brokerage and channel costs
- Home-level repair and facility costs
- Onboarding capex against budget
- Contribution margin per property
- Business EBITDA before corporate costs
Who you are:
You've already managed a business unit, city, region, hospitality portfolio, managed-living platform, retail network or another operationally intensive P&L. You're as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are on a property visit, and you've made the hard calls on pricing, vacancy and cost before.
