Compensation

GenAIWallah is building practical, accessible learning and community experiences around generative AI. We’re looking for an energetic Business Growth Intern to help us grow our audience, strengthen our community, and turn great ideas into high-impact initiatives.
What you’ll do
• Plan, coordinate, and support engaging workshops every weekend—from topic selection and promotions to attendee communication and post-event follow-up.
• Research emerging AI, technology, careers, and business trends; turn insights into timely workshop themes and growth opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns across social media, communities, email, and partner channels to increase registrations and brand awareness.
• Manage and engage our audience: respond to queries, gather feedback, nurture community participation, and improve the attendee experience.
• Identify and reach out to potential collaborators, speakers, communities, and partners to create mutually valuable opportunities.
• Manage the social-media content calendar, coordinate posts, track performance, and suggest experiments to improve reach and engagement.
• Monitor growth metrics and share clear learnings, ideas, and weekly updates with the team.
What we’re looking for
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Genuine interest in marketing, community building, workshops/events, startups, and generative AI.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to research independently and translate trends into practical content or campaign ideas.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Canva, Google Workspace, or basic analytics is a plus.
