Role Description This full-time, remote Business Development Trainee role in the domestic edtech market focuses on driving growth for Bhanzu’s learning programs. The trainee will support lead generation by identifying prospective learners and partners through digital channels, outreach campaigns, and referrals. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to nurture leads. The role also involves communicating with prospective customers to explain Bhanzu’s offerings, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle. The Business Development Trainee will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine outreach strategies, share insights from customer interactions, and contribute to meeting enrollment and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to understand customer segments, track trends, and interpret performance data.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage prospects, present solutions clearly, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including the ability to identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers through structured outreach.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries promptly, build trust, and maintain long-term learner and parent relationships.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field are beneficial.
- Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms is preferred.
- Interest in edtech, K-12 learning, and math education, along with a growth mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote setup, is highly valuable.
