Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist in Civil Construction, located in Ahmedabad. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, maintaining client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include proposing tailored solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals, and identifying new business opportunities in the civil construction sector.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess market trends and opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively within the civil construction industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in business development, particularly in the construction or infrastructure domain, is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for client relationship management
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled in strategic planning
