About the Role:
We are a growing software development agency looking for a self-motivated Junior Business Development Associate to join our team remotely from India.
If you have exceptional English writing skills, a basic understanding of technology, and a hunger to learn international sales and proposal writing, this role is for you. Freshers are absolutely welcome, and full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Contracts: Search for relevant software and web development contracts on freelance platforms (such as Upwork) and global job boards.
- Draft Proposals: Customize cover letters, pitches, and proposals to match specific client requirements.
- Coordinate Leads: Handle initial responses from interested clients and coordinate with our technical development team to set up discovery calls.
- Maintain Records: Keep an organized tracking system of submitted bids, replies, and booked meetings.
Requirements:
- Exceptional Written English: Grammatically perfect, clear, and professional copywriting is a strict must.
- Tech-Literate: While you don't need to write code, you must understand basic software/web concepts (e.g., React, APIs, databases, mobile apps).
- High Volume Capability: Ready to handle sending a high volume of proposals and applications daily with focus and persistence.
- Hustle & Negotiation: An interest in sales, negotiation, and business growth.
