The role involves conducting market research to identify potential clients, generating leads, and building relationships to drive business growth. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities, analyze market trends, and strategize ways to meet business goals. Additionally, providing top-notch customer service and nurturing long-term client relationships are key responsibilities.

1. Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new business opportunities and client prospects.
2. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to establish strong relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
3. Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, customer data, and sales strategies.
4. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
5. Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
6. Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
7. Experience in the education or software industry is a plus.
