Empire Tech Global is looking for a confident and persuasive Business Development Executive to generate and convert leads for our industrial and warehouse construction business.
Role:
• Call industrial plot owners & prospective clients
• Generate and qualify construction leads
• Pitch ETG’s warehouse & industrial construction services
• Handle client queries, objections and follow-ups
• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Maintain proper lead and follow-up records
• Work towards converting leads into construction projects
Who We’re Looking For:
• Pleasant & persuasive communication style
• Strong Hindi/Hinglish communication skills
• Confidence in speaking with business owners
• Good negotiation & relationship-management skills
• Sales/telecalling/business-development experience preferred
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
