Job Title: Academic Counsellor / Business Development Associate (EdTech Experience Mandatory)

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 / month (Fixed) + High-Incentive Structure
✔️ Role Overview:
We are seeking results-driven Inside Sales and Academic Counselling professionals with proven experience in EdTech, skill development, or professional training institutes. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding student career goals, running consultative sales pitches, managing sales pipelines on CRM, and driving end-to-end admissions.
✔️ Key Responsibilities:
Consultative Counselling & Conversions: Engage with inbound and outbound leads (students and working professionals), understand their learning objectives/career bottlenecks, recommend appropriate training modules, and successfully close admissions.
✔️ Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, manage follow-up cadences, track lead statuses (Warm, Cold, RNR, Demo Scheduled), and ensure zero lead leakage.
✔️ Workshops & Demo Facilitation: Coordinate and nurture prospects through demo classes, webinars, and walk-in sessions to accelerate conversion cycles.
Referral Generation: Drive organic referrals and upsells from current learners to meet monthly cohort targets.
✔️ Requirements:
👉 1–4 years of direct inside sales, academic counselling, or BDA experience within an EdTech company (e.g., Byju’s, Unacademy, Simplilearn, Scaler, Great Learning, Coding Ninjas) or an established training institute.
👉 Excellent Hindi and fluent business English communication skills.
👉 Strong objection-handling and consultative closing ability (addressing course fee hesitations, placement queries, etc.).
👉 Disciplined work ethic with a strong target-driven mindset.
