Covenant Consultants is looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Chennai.

💼 Experience
Experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Recruitment Industry / Client Acquisition preferred.
Minimum Experience of 4 yrs t 9yrs
🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and market research and more of into new client acquisition .
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into new clients.
- Build relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Business Heads, and senior decision-makers.
- Understand client hiring requirements and present tailored recruitment solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate commercials, contracts, and SLAs.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline and consistently work toward business development targets.
- Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure excellent client service.
- Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
🔎 What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or client acquisition.
- Strong track record of independently generating leads and acquiring new clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and proactive prospecting.
- Target-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable business results.
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders is an advantage.
- Recruitment/staffing industry experience is preferred but strong B2B sales professionals from other industries are welcome.
- Chennai-based candidates or candidates willing to relocate to Chennai.
