โข Research and identify prospective customers across target industries and global markets.
โข Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io and other prospecting platforms.
โข Build targeted prospect lists and identify key decision-makers.
โข Initiate conversations with potential customers and qualify opportunities.
โข Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
โข Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
โข Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute outbound campaigns.
โข Consistently achieve lead generation and meeting booking targets.

โข 2 - 5 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, SDR, or BDR roles.
โข Strong experience in outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
โข Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Upwork, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools.
โข Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
โข Experience working with US, UK, Europe, or APAC markets is preferred.
โข Exposure to Salesforce, SaaS, CRM, or IT Services is an added advantage.
โข Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
