📢 We’re Hiring: Business Development & Printing Coordinator
Industry: Flexible Packaging & Pouch Printing
Do you have hands-on experience in packaging printing, flexible packaging, print production, or business development?
We’re looking for a proactive professional who can manage customer enquiries, coordinate with printing vendors, handle costing, and drive packaging printing projects from enquiry to delivery.
What You’ll Do
• Call and follow up with qualified leads
• Convert packaging printing enquiries into orders
• Understand requirements for pouches, laminates, rollstock and labels
• Coordinate with printing vendors and manufacturers
• Compare vendor quotations and negotiate pricing
• Calculate complete project costing and prepare quotations
• Coordinate orders from enquiry through final delivery
• Maintain strong communication with customers and vendors
Ideal Candidate
• 2–5 years of experience in printing, packaging, print production or business development
• Knowledge of flexographic, rotogravure or digital printing preferred
• Familiarity with BOPP, PET, PE, laminated pouches or labels is an advantage
• Strong communication, follow-up and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working with both customers and printing vendors
• Able to independently manage enquiries, costing and follow-ups
• Commercial understanding of the packaging printing industry
